ABOUT ME
I founded this company in 2024 after facing the unexpected and often overwhelming experience of perimenopause myself.
Like so many women, I didn’t see it coming. I struggled with night sweats, mood swings, irritability, bloating, and a creeping weight gain that didn’t make sense—despite “doing all the right things.” I blamed myself, feeling like I was somehow failing.
It took time—and a lot of digging—to realise what was really happening: I was in perimenopause.
Once I understood the science behind what was going on, everything changed. And I made it my mission to help other women get there faster and with support.
Now, I help women in their 40s and beyond take control of their changing bodies through evidence-based, practical lifestyle shifts.
Not quick fixes. Not one-size-fits-all plans. Just real guidance, rooted in science and delivered with empathy.
